After meeting Jim and experiencing the services of Patriot Softwash, I will never use another company to clean the exterior of my home again! Jim (and his team) are so professional. He explains in detail the services he is providing and the results expected. He provides a fair and detailed quote. (I had 2 quotes for the same work and the other quote was 2X the price). All of his people come in branded cars with badges to give you a higher sense of security. The results are amazing! I had 5+ years of mold growing on the outside of our house, roof and chimneys. I also had deep, dark rust on our patio stone, walls and water fountains. As an additional challenge, our house is very tall so the task was not simple. It took 8 days to clean everything, but the Patriot team was able to remove all of the stains and return the house to its original color, without damaging any of our landscaping.
